Rob VG, don't read this...
You summed up my feelings exactly BuckGalaxy.
Very disappointed, and a little disgusted initially. It's beautifully shot, completely love the "big set" spaceship interiors, and marginal use of CGI and green screen. The plot seemed like it had some skips and bumps that could have been smoothed out. A little too much action and gore for me.
Having said all that, (just saw it two days ago) I'm starting to temper the disappointment, as I replay some of the fantastic images and small but memorable scenes.
It's almost more 'Blade Runner' than 'Alien'
