Idiot Rioters.

The police should be allowed to use deadly force if needed to stop someone from running. Why? Because these people endanger us all when they run from police. They also cause damage that we, who pay insurance, end up paying for.

At the very least, people who run should get an automatic charge of attempted manslaughter (Because they endanger anyone I their path). If they kill someone, the vagrants should face murder charges.

I have no sympathy for people who run from they police. If they get shot, that is the chance they take. At least this one was shot before he killed an innocent bystander.
