"Did not dispute" is a pretty fuzzy phrase. An enthusiastic journalistic Bush-basher would interpret "I don't have an answer for how much it will cost or how long it will last" as "did not dispute." I'll wait for a transcript, or clarification. I'd bet this is going to be another "Wolfowitz says its all about oil" deal. And frankly, the numbers sound high. Wolfowitz's presentation to the House Armed Services committee can be found here, but it does not include any questions or answers.
