Just don't copy-paste into the subject line. Word processor characters like quotation marks sometimes come through "odd." Note Matt's most recent post (6/21/2003 2:30:54 PM) on the Off-Topic board. Oddly, this only affects the table of contents...the subject line shows up normal once you click on the post to bring it up, which is why I didn't link to it.
