France and the U.N. were ripping off oil money that was supposed to be feeding Iraqi kids, even while both entities were doing their damnedest to keep Saddam in power before the war. Who needs to work on their trust issues here?
Still, I will concede that Rall's issues are more about blinding hatred of Bush than any support of Saddam.
