Some things the US should concede to the North Koreans

1) Excess armaments now held by the Navy,
Airforce and Army, delivered with great precision to military sites all across N. Korea for careful counting and measurement.
2) The US should also concede to North Korea's dictator the opportunity to immigrate to the US....and run a quicky mart.
3)We should also concede that since the war is only halted by cease fire, not ended by treaty, that if they keep pissing around with us, they will not exist much longer.
