Have case, older full tower, used to be LAN/WAN/WEB server at work, MOBO died, they found it cheaper to buy new box than upgrade it.

It is capable of holding two MOBOs, which it had.
Am putting a 450 Watt P/S in the thing, according to my research the new Mobo's will fit just fine, including the rear openings. Fastener patterns will be no problem, have modded more than one case at work ;^)
If it turns into a real pain new cases can be had for less than 50 bucks.
