What's funny is: I agree with everything you said [typos ignored, of course - it's the Flame Board].
Read my stuff - I'm a centrist, a free-thinker, a "cut the shit and talk real" kind of guy. I let ebnelson's barely coherent stream of logorrhea get to me, and made the apparent mistake of venting about it here - you took me to task for it... why? Who set me up as the little tin god; who says I shouldn't succumb to the urge now and then to call a stupid fuck by its right name? These lock-step Bush-is-God assholes make me want to puke sometimes, and I am in real fear of the America we were supposed to have, the one in the Constitution, going down the toilet... and I make that abundantly clear in the regular pages, and you get on my case???
Screw that - and you, and anyone who thinks they can make my rules for me. I still have the brains to know what's right - on its own merits, not because somebody else says so - and the balls to live that way.
Politics and the influence the rich have on politics have ruined counties; at first it’s a good thing however self-searving money hungry minions in search of power eventually corrupt it, it becomes a destructive machine.
Fuckin' right. It's also the only game in town - that's in the Constitution, too. It's called the Rule of Law, and there are rules about how to make laws, and that's politics. Drunken frat-boy anarchy gets nowhere real fast. There's only one way to beat the assholes without getting busted: play their game better than they do.
