Why don't we just call it light rock?

Hi Woody,

The prob with the picture you've constructed is that there is not information from the full spectrum of visible. You're using three bands in the three RGB regions of the visible and representing it as the full visible continuium which it is not.

I'd be interested to see what an image constructed from three digital camera images of a well known object with a red, green and blue gel infront of each exposure would look like reassembled. This might not be a good example because the THEMIS filters would have a much higher Q of basd pass/rejection than a cheap ole gel.

Is anyone equiped to do this. Digital camera, tripod, red, green and blue gels. Send the three to Woody if he consents to reassemble and post the unfiltered image yourself for comparison.

Any takers?
