Why in the hell were they buried? This is totally iconsistent with the inocuous use theory. Evidence can not be correctly interpreted out of context. You are using the OJ defense strategy of iso;ating the data from its context then coming up with alternatives that while plausible do not fit the context. This line of reasoning is also similar to Barry's "you can't prove me wrong strategy because you don't have conclusive proof of the opposite" strategy.
