What does this say? It said that Saddam lied when he told us he destroyed his WMD material. It says that Saddam deceived and lied to the UN inspectors. It says that Saddam violated the UN Resolution 1441. It says that President Bush was not lying about this. It says that Saddam had every intention of building nuclear weapons as soon as he could.
