Well, after researching this to death, I became convinced I am not geek enough to handle this. So I called the company that set up our server. They told me they are now out of the "infrastructure" business. I'm not really sure what they do now. They at least recommended me to another local comany that does "infrastructure". They were very nice and are putting together a proposal for me. I decided while i was at it I may as well get a proposal to change over the domain controller and a few other odds and ends that need to be done. Sometimes you just gotta call in the ubergeeks.
