Ralph Peters says it better than I
My man Ralph, who has lots of first hand Third World face to face experience in his career takes on the downcast media's lamentations of quagmire. He nails it when he points out the innumeracy of the journalists. Were the bro in Iraq all PO'ed about US Troops there'd be lots more attacks, instead it's a tiny hard core minority.
Ends with a rant comtaining some fun observations about a certain once important European country, its morality, its leaders and its "fighting" force. Not that I of course would necessarily agree.
