I don't have a good handle on what's going on with this, but I think it might fall into a category of anomalies that I have high hopes will disappear with the next upload of software. The current version of the system's grown too complex with the little patches and Band-Aid™s I've added the last few weeks, which creates fertile ground for mysterious interactions and side effects. That sounds vague, and that's the problem, these things arise from the murk in unexpected ways.

My latest aspiration is to install a new version of the site this coming weekend. If you can grit your teeth and be patient a bit longer, I really think things will get better soon.
