Your subject line is a lot scarier than your message!

Here's my counteroffer: I fix the earlier-TOC-page problem in the static version; and I add a small link at the bottom of each message that reads "Message URL", from which you can copy the message address? I just did both those things in a couple of minutes, on my development system, and they'll show up in the next upload. Thanks for bringing the TOC problem to my attention. How's that sound?

If I were the only one using the HabitableZone I'd be pleased to kill off the old static version. Unfortunately there are still a few people out there who don't have a modern browser, either IE 5+ or one of the browsers derived from Mozilla. I can count on getting reamed a new one by those people if I take away the static version that they need.

Much of what I've been working on the last few days involves reconciling the two systems, making sure you don't unexpectedly cross from one to the other, and making sure that the static version provides all the basic functionality to use the Zone. I think it'll work out OK.
