This graph shows monstrous increases in spending with little or no results. A graph like this, which in the private sector would get the CEO of a company thrown up against a goddam wall and shot, apparently bothers the U.S. Department of Education not in the least, since they proudly feature this damning graphic on the front of their web page.
Ask any education professional what is needed to educate kids, and about the only answer you will get is "more funding."
