A 100% score doesn't equal 100% agreement
The results are scored on a curve. The highest score, 100%, represents the closest match to your responses. This does not mean that this or any candidate shares all your views. However, the candidate at the top of your list shares more of your selected views than do any others.
100% just means that Dubya is your closest match...sort of your best soul mate among the candidates, so to speak. Is there any doubt you're going to vote for him in 2004? Too bad for you, that puts you at a political disadvantage, since Karl Rove will be taking your vote for granted and putting Dubya's energy into courting the undecided voters. There's little reward for loyalty in politics.
