True

And guilt, like responsibility, extends across party lines. Let the chips fall where they may.

Nevertheless, it was the Bush administration at the helm on 911, and "...a working group of Bush administration intelligence officials has ''scrubbed'' the report, objecting to additional public disclosures." as Fox reported, below (from the article you posted).

Recall that President Bush initially opposed any investigation into the events of 911, and relented only after headlines screamed "Bush Knew". Bush then tried to limit the investigation to a budget of $3 million (after Ken Starr spent over $50 million in his Whitewater investigations). Finally, we've seen complaints about footdragging by federal departments, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious problems with the defense department and NORAD failing to provide requested information for the independent investigators.

None of this, as far as I can tell, reflects poorly on any Democrat; rather, it reflects Bush adminstration attempts to prevent, limit, classify, scrub, delete, stall and otherwise stonewall any and all attempts to get to the bottom of the events surrounding Black Tuesday, September 11, 2001, the darkest day in American history.

If the Bush adminstration doesn't have anything to hide, one can only wonder why it is acting like it does.
