Is it ny'-jur (as I have always known it) or is it na-jair' as the media is now referring to it.
I also alway said ka-tar' for Qtar only to find that it is really Gut'-ter or maybe it's Cut'-ter
Reminds me of a small community near Birmingham, AL that is named Irondale. The natives affectionatly refer to this former smelting center as I-ron'-delay.
