These boosters could have been used to send men to Deimos and Phobos for a very low cost (note that these moons of Mars are a dead asteroid and dead comet). And private sector (not only tourism) to ISS could have been started earlier...
They used to drop of people who advocated private property in Siberia with a hatchet,the then they would point to a patch of woods and tell them that was theirs - personally I wish they'd drop Tumlinson off on the Kolyma River with a pan and ask him for $60,000,000 in gold -
