This is actually the third site for nuke weapons

They have another site near the Chinese border for U235 purification. This one was ignored in the 1994 blackmail payola, and has been strangely ignored as the blatancy of the NK bad faith since 1994 becomes more stark.
I wonder if any analysts, in the still of the night, are afraid if the NKs have not been just buying time to develop thermonculear devices?
20KT weapons are frankly not enough to do more than piss a lot of people off. 250 + KT might just make that dictator think he is bullet proof.
The cost to eradicate the madman would go up exponentially if he does show up with a crude thermonuke.
