re: Justifications for and against war in Iraq

"Nations and groups of nations, including the United Nations and NATO, agreed that Iraq must not be allowed to have weapons of mass destruction. "

In first sentence they get it wrong. It's not that group of nation including the UN, decided Iraq must not be allowed WMD. It's was part of agreement to end Gulf War I, a "group of nation including the UN" may have decided that they thought enforcing this agreement was something they should do. But it wasn't as if one fine day they decided that Iraq should not have WMD- Iraq had agreed to follow the agreement regarding WMD and by agreeing to follow this agreement [among other things in cease fire agreement] the '91 Gulf War coalition stopped attacking Iraq- a country btw, that had violated international agreements by invading, raping, terrorizing, and plundering Kuwait. [or as Iraq had claimed, re-occupied it's province- and was planning re-occupying another "province", called Saudi Arabia by all those ill informed infidels:)
