He's been a good friend to the US and is, IMO, an excellent leader for Britain. He's quick on his feet and I don't know who writes his speeches but we should steal his speechwriter. Blair's delivery is excellent, too. We haven't had a good public speaker for president since Kennedy.

I occasionally watch the British Parliament when they do their regular "Get the Prime Minister" thing. Fascinating to watch them, fascinating to watch Blair dance. (For those who aren't familiar with the workings of the British Parliament, they have a weekly - I think it's weekly - meeting where they can question the Prime Minister on anything and everything.)
