Sometimes I do that simply because it helps me organize my thoughts to have to explain something technical. I guess it goes back to my years as a tech writer, translating between engineers and humans.
The important thing is that I'm aware of the problem, I'm not satisfied with the Zone's performance, and I'm going to do something about it.
