HZ is like a club and its quality depends on the quality of its members.
If there are endless non constructive discussions about the personality of such and such (people do have a tendency to talk about the other rather than stick to the subject) , we can simply ignore them. But also, one can feel offended by the tone of a post (I don't like bluntness because it doesn't leave room for a kind and contructive conversation).
It's a matter of psychology.
