Well, as amusing as it is to see you quoting Worldnet Daily, there is a big difference between "No link to WTC" and "No link to terror." Frankly, I doubt that anyone EXCEPT places like Worldnet Daily took seriously Iraq being the mastermind of the original WTC bombing.
I would like to see the full "key judgments" section. All they show is page 4. Even that part is interesting, though. Whatever else you might say about the intelligence estimate, it does not seem to have been written by people who were convinced that Saddam had absolutely no weapons of mass destruction.
