DOD details new troop rotation plans
Haven't gone over this in detail, but I hope this addresses some of the concerns our troops have had.
I'll leave it up to the military folks here to weigh in on whether this is a good plan or not. I'm no expert by far on this sort of thing.
It's obvious we have fewer troops than we need to make this easy. We're a few divisions short since the Reagan years. I read someplace that for proper deployment, there should be three divisions for each one deployed.
