Browsing Amazon, dug up these coming DVD attractions:

"Incredible Hulk" TV pilot, with commentary by the director

"Outer Limits Original Series," Season 2!! (You DID buy Season 1 already, right?)

Complete "Indiana Jones" Series (not until November 4th, though.)

Volume 2 of "Futurama"

And of course, the Extended Edition of "The Two Tower" on November 18!!! (Pooh, I say, pooh! on the theatrical DVD release in August.) From what I hear, "Extended" doesn't cover half of it. 43 additional minutes added!!

"Space Ghost, Coast to Coast." Hey, you really had to be there...

I also hear "Firefly" is coming out, but no firm date. The whole season, plus three unaired episodes!

Of course, this is the stuff that floats my particular boat, and there's a lot of other stuff there I would grab if I had a bottomless wallet. Check out the "coming soon" zone over there to see what might float yours!
