We should use a few of these force multipliers in Iraq.
A few hundred of these cameras would give the Iraqi police forces the ability to keep better tabs on areas that aren't 100% under their control. (Just dump the blue flashing light)
This is the kind of technology we should export to a few Middle Eastern Governments. Potential Terrorists be warned: Big Brother is watching you...
