Water balloons
There is an annual event at Gulf Shores where deep sea fishing boats are outfitted with large stainless steel slingshots with surgical tubing. They have a marine battle with 20-30 boats manned by inebriated men behaving badly fire water balloons at each other.
No one has been seriously injured but there have been a few concussions.
Losing an eye to a paint ball is tragic. I am against any first offense leniency for idiots that cause harm in activities that are obviously dangerous.
