No TV?
Digitally encode the movie sequence as Quicktime, Mpeg, AVI or whatever and embed it in the presentation (makes filesize large and there are some inconsistencies between versions of ppt on different computers, so be careful if using someone else's machine to run the show), or have it as a seperate file that you trigger.
