Dem bigwig and darling of leftists, "environmentalist" Ted Kennedy is working on legislation that would kill the wind farm project in Cape Cod. Presidential wannabe "environmentalist" John Kerry supports this effort to kill the project. Siting the wind farm where it can be seen on the hirizon from the vaunted Kennedy compound apparently makes renewable energy a BAD IDEA.

What's additionally amusing about this hypocracy is that TK is trying to give states jurisdiction over federal matters and federal lands. You know the same TK who lauded the recent Supreme Court decision on homosexuality that over-rode the states' ability to legislate the gay behaviour issue. I forget which Constitutional ammendment this decision demolished. So, now we have fat Teddy for the 1st time arguing for states rights. Couldn't be because the development would bother his view or sailing routes could it?
