There is global recession and people who worry about their job won't want to go away that easily.
It's not just hot in France but all over Europe, so why bother go to France when the Sun is already at home?
Besides, it's really too hot, out there!
There are fires all over the south of France (because of the heat) and nobody wants to get burned.
