Intelligent life created/will create the universe
So says this fellow who's published papers stating that because the universe is in a closed timelike loop, the future can influence the past. Interesting. He asserts that his specific claim is science because it is falsifyable. Science being the discipline that postulates falsifyable (testable) assertions, as opposed to pure philosophy and religion. If intelligence is found elsewhere he states that his assertion that the universe breeds intelligences and his hypothethisis is proven. I see this putative 'proof' as a non-sequitur and a necessary but way insufficient step.
