O'REILLY LOBBIED FOR LAWSUIT
Drudge reports that O'Reilly urged FOX to file suit on Al Franken for copyright infringement of the "fair and balanced" language in the title of his new book.
Franken in his book, accuses O'ReillY of lots of stuff. Interesting that O'Reilly and FOX are not pursuing slander/libel against Franken instead of the weak copyright claim.
I don't care for either of the guys. Franken has become a total kook and O'Reilly has always been a pompous ass.
