Actually the problem in Iraq is simple to solve
With all the hot air coming out of the Bush administration over non-existent weapons of mass destruction we should be able power up a steam generator sufficient to light up all of Baghdad. Or perhaps we should contract with the Iranians to provide nuclear generated power since they're obviously so much farther along than the Iraqis ever were.
