Why are the brits excluded?
They're sure aware of the state of their railway system.
The Eurostar can't travel at its normal speed once the channel is crossed (well, there's some improvement, true).
How about their health care, forcing people with illness to get care in the continent, where they don't have to wait so long.
The best US citizens are those who just immigrated, as they had the courage and the desire to completely change their life. It's not those who've known their country from birth but those who experienced both their homeland and their adopted land.
