Given that O'Kefe is an accountant, who I doubt has ever even held the yoke of a Cessna, and further that he has 3 kids to put through college, I'm pretty sure he'll want to quit soon.
Look for Jack Schmitt to take over. He's ready, fit, and can handle the stress.
