I doubt it will result in a criminal proceeding
But I hate that it's being swept under the rug. It was a scummy thing to do and America should be outraged.
However, the damage done was probably a good deal less than when Sen. Hatch told OBL that we were monitoring his cell phone conversations. Again: swept under the rug.
