"Stability and peace??" Kosovo still has attacks on civilians, attacks on U.N. personnel, and bombings.

This is four years into the peacekeeping mission. You ready to declare this a "quagmire" yet?

In fact, it isn't a quagmire, any more than the mission in Iraq is. The same link I gave above also shows that good things are happening in Kosovo too. This kind of thing is hard, and involves casualties, and an honest person would admit that despite problems, there has been real progress in both Eastern Europe and in Iraq.

Condemning Bush's Iraq policy while giving Clinton credit for eastern European policy, particularly after he instigated military action on nations that definitely did not pose any threat whatsoever to the U.S., is hypocrisy.
