I've been wondering about this issue. We struggle to keep religion (Christianity) out of public institutions to enforce separation of church and state. Instead of denying the historical relationship between our country, culture and Christianity- why not include like contributions from all religions? You could reserve enough of the display area to accommodate the differing "Commandments".

Modern concepts of justice are founded on the seasoned truths of most major religions. Wouldn't it be appropriated to display all origins of our current model of rectitudinous* conduct?

I think it would make a rather interesting statement if we placed all major religions side by side, on equal ground.
