Well, we HAD to do SOMETHING, and even though Bin Laden may or may not have been behind 9/11, it still sounded like a good idea to me. Quick action....revenge.
That deals were cut for the Taliban during a 30 day "no-fly" zone near the Pakistan border where Bin Laden and his men could escape.....well, that ticked me off. Not to mention the oil pipeline the Bush administration was pushing through. And opium and heroin production are up. That ought to make them happy.
Richard Armitage was famous for his drug routes through South East Asia during Viet Nam, and now his daughter is our ambassadot to Pakistan. Gotta love it. And he's right there, right behind Colin Powell, his "brother".....oh, if the walls could talk.
Armitage is pround of the way he strangles his "enemies" with his bare hands. I'll bet he's a real hit at Eastern cocktail parties......makes your dead possum look lame.
