The irony is that France is now using multilateralsim and got most of the world behind it, opposing the war which infuriated the US.
France wasn't like that in the past but it has learned the lesson.
Did the US learn what its current kind of policy will lead to or does it even care?
If Bush acts like Louis XV (who's supposed to have said "the deluge after me"), then I wonder
