Just depends on the activation/deactivation of the ol' sarcasm switch.
Like calling a bungling judge, professional, or otherwise (i.e., an appointed legislator, or a parent) Solomon, because of a botched ruling.
Nimrod would fit if our WMD-hunters failed to produce, and of course non-production cannot yet, in all truthfulness, be claimed, as the hunt continues even today. It should also be pointed out that evidence supporting the WMD charge have been unearthed -- in the form of official paper documents and the testimony of Iraqi scientists-- ergo, the “mighty†nimrods shall continue.
