Given the relentless, 24/7 obsession of much of the Left and the media with the destruction of the Bush administration and the public relations sabotage of the war in Iraq, I'm not surprised that the polls are tilting.

I also wonder when the definition of "unilateral" became "any international foreign policy effort that does not include France, Germany and Russia." Or hadn't you noticed that the word has been hijacked?

Bush is going to the U.N. to get a resolution to make a few nations comfortable with helping out. This too has been twisted into a lie--that we are going back to the U.N. on our knees.

And what if the U.N. took over? Would the bad guys suddenly surrender? I have yet to see any plausible reason from any of you why the U.N. would do a better job than we are.
