Something I just noticed
Add up the top 8 arms sellers, you get about $18.9 billion (and below the top 8 it appears to be insignificant).
Add up the top 10 buyers and it comes to $45.9 billion... and number 10 is still at the $3 billion level, so there must be a fair bit below #10.
How does this imbalance arise between selling and buying? Is the table wrong? Are there $30 some billion in arms sales "reported" by the buyers but not the sellers? Or am I just having a "duh" moment?
