California Democrats trying the judicial loophole trick
As any California resident knows, whenever the democratic process goes awry, i.e. the voters vote in a manner that the Democrats think they shouldn't have, everything gets tossed to the courts, notably the infamous 9th Circuit. Looks like they're trying this with the recall election.
