Amazing how they calculated all that so carefully, leaving so much radioactive material around for people to loot, and none of it ended up being taken out of the country or was dangerous. Of course they must have known the whole time that it wasn't a clusterf*ck at all. Just a carefully laid out strategery.
Just like they caculated how much would be stolen from the museum and library getting torched. Kind of eery how these people predict the future so well. Maybe it's Nancy Reagan's astrologer behind it.
