It is an article of faith to Democrats that no Democrat can lose an election without "something funny" having gone on. After all, the absolute rightness of the Democratic agenda should be glaringly obvious to anyone. Who would vote against it unless there was a monkeywrench thrown into it somehow?

I suppose it would be bad form to point out that these voting changes are at the strident insistence of shrieking Democrats who insist that the average voter cannot handle normal voting systems that have served us just fine for decades. I still find it amusing that when the occasion comes up that some bubblehead was unable to deal with a voting system that a chimp could use, it is always automatically assumed that it was a Democratic vote that was lost.

Tell me, what system would YOU use for voting?

For the record, the lack of a paper trail in some electronic systems is an issue that is being addressed, at least in California. Personally, I was perfectly happy with my punch cards, which gave me no trouble at all.
