European Union...don't say I didn't tell you so.
I predicted that eventually the EU would collapse into a bureaucratic socialist nightmare. The people they are putting in charge are the types who think you should fill out a form in triplicate to take a dump.
Just look at the titles on the press releases on this page. One assumes at least half the population of Europe is currently serving on some "commission" or other.
The fact that the draft treaty on the EU Constitution is 265 pages long should be ringing some alarm bells. And as far as I know, that doesn't count proposed amendments.
